If you are in a fantasy league and need some good pitchers. Try trading for Derek Lowe, Wade Miller, or Jeff Weaver in your league while they aren't doing so well. I guarentee you that they will end off the season doing well. Well, maybe not guarentee but I am pretty sure of it.
